Origins
Colombia Las Palmas Juicy Grape coffee comes from the Huila region, one of the most renowned coffee regions in Colombia. Huila is known for its incredible coffee thanks to the perfect climatic conditions for growing coffee plants; the region is full of cliffs and steep terrain, from mountain slopes to valleys and rivers, which makes for the ideal environment for coffee plantations.
The coffee from the Las Palmas farm is renowned for its excellent quality and innovative processing methods. The blend of Caturra, Castillo and Colombia coffee varieties undergoes a unique processing, starting with a 24-hour pre-fermentation that gives the coffee beans a very distinctive flavor spectrum. The cherries then undergo a 5-day anaerobic fermentation, during which they are blended with dried grapes, which gives this light roast its characteristic wine-like flavor. The coffee is then mechanically dried for 10 days, ensuring a consistent moisture level rich, deep, and consistent flavor.

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation
Coarsely grind your coffee.
Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
Using circular motions, cover the coffee with boiled water (93°C).
