Espresso blends
ManuCafe espresso blends are prepared with the uniqueness of each coffee variety in mind. We roast selected Arabica and Robusta so that the result fully reflects the individuality of single-origin Specialty Coffee while masterfully exploiting the flavour combinations of each coffee. Thanks to this, the beverage is always multilayered in flavour, with fruits, flowers, chocolate and nuts. You can look forward to an espresso that is neither over-roasted (meaning flat to bitter) nor sour.
ManuCafe espresso is suitable for lever and automatic coffee machines, as well as for filters, moka pots or vacuum pots.
Like all specialities, our espresso has a secret. We reveal that it lies in the detailed work done with each single-origin plantation coffee. We always roast it individually for the blend, keeping two principles in mind - to achieve its specific roast profile, in which the particular bean gets the maximum flavour and richness of aroma, and to adapt it to the desired parameters of the whole blend. It is not uncommon to roast the same variety of premium Arabica intended for consumption as single-origin beans slightly differently from the way it is roasted when it is intended to be part of an espresso blend. The result is a coffee with a full, harmonious taste and a delightful aroma.
