Australia Skybury Plantation – Roasted Coffee
Australia coffee
Australians love coffee and are very sensitive to its quality. Baristas must be able to make perfect coffee because it is in cafes that most of it is drunk. And there is one more surprise in Australia - not only is it outside the tropics, where coffee trees are common but it is also grown almost in the lowlands. Even so, it manages to produce fine great-tasting coffee. It is usually arabica, harvested mostly mechanically from plantations exposed to direct sunlight.
What does Australian coffee taste like? Beans from lower altitudes tend to contain less caffeine, are strangely sweet and lack bitterness. The beverage is less intense, with a chocolate or nutty flavour.
