You cannot submit reviews that are against the law.
Examples of content to avoid:

- Content that does not relate to the product, i.e., complaints about packaging, shipping, free gifts, etc.
How to write a user review
User reviews should present your honest and objective views of our products. You should only state facts and always include relevant context.
Were you not satisfied with our products? Include everything that did not meet your expectations. At the same time, feel free to include the positives – nothing is just black or white.
We know your time is valuable and you cannot dedicate hours from your day to writing a simple review, so focus on the aspects that you found most important. If you’re describing a particular part of the product, please don’t forget to mention which part it is to avoid any misunderstandings.
If you find something disappointing about your purchase, it may be hard to keep your objectivity. We understand sincere criticisms but ask that you keep your manner civil. Describe the shortcomings that lead to your opinion in detail. Only an objective and easy to understand review can really help other consumers.
Bribes and other gains from user reviews
Published user reviews are to always be unbiased, objective, and impartial. It is strictly prohibited to publish reviews that do not reflect the authentic experiences of the customer, regardless of the initiator of the review. Offering any personal gains that may influence the user review is unacceptable. This includes bribes in order to write positive as well as negative reviews.
Exceptions for advertising
During advertising campaigns aimed at motivating customers to write user reviews, the abovementioned rule has certain exceptions. These campaigns can only be published under the following conditions:
-
Impartiality – the customers are to be explicitly informed that the content of the review does not depend on the availability of the reward (e.g., that the reward is not withheld depending on the content of the review).
-
Transparency – The campaigner must avoid creating the idea that the content of the reviewin any way influences the availability or character of the reward.
-
Authenticity – the campaigner cannot influence the process of writing of publishing thereview (such as having an approval process).
-
Credibility – the attitude of the campaigner cannot create doubts about the truthfulness and objectivity of the reviews.
-
Approval by Manu – the campaigner is required to inform Manu about any upcoming advertising campaigns and submit the list of conditions (such as the list of products, the rewards, running time, etc.). Manu reserves the right to not approve the campaign or demand a change in the conditions.
Simply put: the customer can earn a reward for submitting a review, however, the campaigner needs to respect the customer’s opinion – whether it’s positive or negative.
