Yemen Asrar Haraz Microlot – Roasted Coffee

Middle Eastern coffee holds its own among its famous peers. Yemeni production is well-known for its balanced taste with chocolate, cocoa, papaya, and pineapple traces. Yemen coffee

Yemen claims one major coffee primacy. It has been producing delicious beans for over 500 years and can be called the birthplace of the coffee industry. Thanks to traditional practices, Yemeni coffee remains top quality and unique.

The fruit of the coffee tree is not washed, as usual, but dried on the roofs of houses and then cleaned by hand. The coffee's flavour is layered and floral, with traces of chocolate, wood and incense. Even experts disagree whether this is due to the high altitudes at which the bushes grow, the little rainfall they receive or the ancient varieties of coffee trees. What is certain is that Yemeni coffee is one of the most highly rated and closely monitored.
