Refreshing Quartet is blended with premium arabicas from the world's most popular plantations. The flavor has nutty notes as well as caramel and milk chocolate tone cutting through. A discernible, subtle citrus freshness crowns a rich body. A tasteful bitterness on the finish lingers in the mouth for a long time. This espresso blend is suitable not only for brewing in expresso machines but also on the filter, in a moka pot, etc.

If you are eager to know more about the origin of the varieties used in the espresso blend, we're pleased to inform. It means that you care about quality, look for the best, and care about coffee. We will also tell you the secret of roasting this unique blend to complete your knowledge. In fact, a little magic is involved. Yes, we are talking about a miracle entirely in an experienced roaster's hands. We used single-origin speciality coffee to mix the espresso blend. Each arabica has been given special care. It has been roasted separately, with particular attention to its flavor profile and the resulting composition of all the coffees in the blend. It is clear that the roaster takes a different approach when preparing the coffee to be used as a single-origin and a different one when preparing the coffee intended for an espresso blend. In the latter, it is necessary to fine-tune all the flavors, to play with the balance of the "chocolate, fruity, nutty" characteristics of the different coffees, and to achieve perfect harmony by precise roasting. Since each variety is roasted separately by a roaster (each requiring a specific temperature and roasting time), you will find coffee beans of lighter and darker colors in the blend. This form of roasting is perhaps close to the "Scandinavian style", which is based on a slow and long process. However, it can result in a more sour coffee than we would like.

That is why we stick to our own, literally perfected process. The second way of processing coffee is ''Italian roasting'', which is characterized by the consistent, super dark color, indicating that all coffee varieties are roasted together. Thus, some may be over-roasted, others under-roasted. A flat or bitter taste often characterizes so-called Italian espressos. Our roaster did not go in this direction either. The coffees in Refreshing Quartet are roasted with precision to produce a pleasantly refreshing drink that captivates the consumer with notes of chocolate, caramel, and nuts. Prepare this unique blend any way you like. You will always get a noble and multilayered drink. We have promised information about the individual coffees used in this espresso blend. Here they are: we brought 3 magnificent arabicas from Brazil. Any coffee drinker won't be surprised. South America's most populous nation has been one of the world's top coffee producers for over two centuries. Grown on shade-free plantations, a soft, delicate taste characterizes its coffee.

Small farmers have handed down the knowledge of growing, harvesting, and processing from generation to generation. Brazilian arabica is a household name among mainstream consumers and the best baristas on the planet. The fourth arabica in this blend comes from Guatemala. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.

Instructions for preparation

Grind your coffee according to your preferred method.
Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
Add your coffee and cover with boiled water (95°C).
