This cezve is made by skillful Turkish craftsmen. Turkey is world-renowned for its production of copperware; the inside of this particular cezve is lined with a layer of food-safe tin, which protects it from hot liquids. It’s made from a resistant copper with the width of 1-2mm and decorated with handmade motifs, making each cezve unique.

Copper is an excellent heat conductor, which allows for coffee preparation at low and medium temperatures – a quality appreciated both baristas and professional chefs.

This cezve is for use on gas, glass-ceramic and electric stoves. Also suitable for use on controlled fire.

Choosing the Right Size Cezve
The traditional Turkish cezves are made in a variety of sizes to correspond the size of your coffee serving(s). Remember that a single serving cezve is small and requires a close contact with the heat source; use carefully to avoid burning yourself. A two servings cezve is a practical choice for beginners, as it produces 200-400ml of coffee, a serving suitable for a single person. Never completely fill the cezve.
