SPRING espresso blend of selected coffee beans
Each note in this blend is unique, yet they create a beautiful spring symphony together. This limited-edition espresso blend is made to evoke spring days' youthfulness, vigour, and freshness. Combining four individually roasted premium single-origin Arabicas, we have created a honeyed flavour profile imbued with elements of jasmine and delights with oranges, cherries, and chocolate notes. It exudes an aroma reminiscent of spring, akin to blooming flowers.
Ingredients
100 % ArabicaCrema and flavour of the coffee
The espresso blend of select Spring coffee beans have been carefully selected from single-origin specialities. Each Arabic has a unique flavour and aroma, resulting in an espresso with an exceptionally good body that can be described as honey-velvety. It is followed by an enticingly sweet trace of fruit combined with an intense floral aroma dominated by very pleasant notes of jasmine. If you taste carefully, you will notice a balanced set of orange, cherry, grape, and chocolate flavours. The aftertaste has a nice freshness, sweet and round, which lingers in the mouth for a long time.
This espresso blend is suitable for all types of espresso preparation, but you can also achieve interesting results using a Chemex or filter.
Origin of the coffee
Making a quality espresso blend is alchemy. Initially, you need to find, select, and refine several coffee varieties and batches to several degrees. By combining them, re-roasting, tasting, and making other roasting adjustments, you fine-tune the blend so that each part brings out the best in each other, but they work beautifully together. So in this bag, you will find beans of different colours (unlike so-called Italian espressos, where all the varieties included are roasted simultaneously, which can over-roast or under-roast some of them). We love to play, and our roaster is a true master.
That is why we are now presenting you with a limited, one-of-a-kind espresso with a spring character. Read on to find out what delicacies we have assembled. We have balanced four single-origin Specialty Coffees on the scales and our palates. Plantation-grown, single-origin arabicas from Ethiopia, Peru, Panama, and Guatemala lend just the right amount of freshness, honeyness, floral, fruity, and cocoa notes to the blend to make the result harmonious yet multilayered. Ethiopia Guji G2 Bule Hora is a natural, fully washed Arabica from the southern part of the regional state of Oromia, specifically from the vicinity of Bule Hora. If you were to look for it on a map, focus your attention on the heart of Ethiopia. Oromia is a region brimming with natural beauty, and in addition to its wildlife and diverse flora, it captivates visitors with a fantastic cave system and numerous lakes. It offers every kind of scenery - from semi-deserts and steppes to the Afro-Alpine highlands rising to over 4,300 metres above sea level. Coffee plantations cover over 5,000 hectares of land in Oromia. The coffee is hand-picked by farmers and processed by washing.
The beans are left to ferment for 24-36 hours before being dried on ''African beds'' in direct sunlight. Bule Hora coffee has an intense aroma of red fruit, good acidity, and a rich body. The flavour is dominated by honey, accompanied by oranges and cherries. The SHB G1 Finca Rosenheim beans are sourced from the Rosenheim family-run Villa Rica farm. It is located in an isolated area of the Selva rainforest in eastern Peru. Very few people live in the mountainous region, nature is completely untouched, and the climatic conditions are perfect for growing speciality coffee. It is no wonder that from plantations planted at an altitude of 1,600 metres, the Rosenheims harvest beans with unique characteristics. With a good body, light acidity, fruity notes, and a chocolate aftertaste.
The aroma is floral and very attractive. Credit the jasmine notes you can detect in this espresso blend to the Panama Reserva Candela SHB Arabica. It comes from the vicinity of the Barú volcano in the Candela region. The volcano, which is 3,474 meters above sea level, is inactive, and snow covers its summit in winter. The coffee plants are planted high in the hills by the Gallardo family farmers, which is why the harvest is known as SHB (Strictly Hard Bean). This coffee has a harder bean, but the slower maturation makes it more intense in flavour and aroma. In this particular case, you can enjoy the taste of dark grapes, wine, and a light caress of jasmine flowers. The body is smooth, and the acidity is fruity.
The fourth Arabica beautifully highlights and complements all the previous ones is the Guatemala-washed Huehuetenango-Finca EL Puente. As the name suggests, it is a coffee from the village of Huehuetenango, located in the hills of western Guatemala. It exports mainly coffee, so its people know how to take good care of the coffee plants. The subtropical mountain climate plays into their hands with its warm summers and mild winters. One of the traditional farming families works on Finca El Puente which was bought in 2017. The Jorge family manages a 26-hectare plantation on fertile volcanic soil. The result is a coffee with aromas of caramelized citrus, violets, honey, and strawberries. The aftertaste is chocolate, the body is velvety, and the acidity is smooth.

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
