Ingredients
Arabica, 6 % Lion's mane BIO, 2 % Siberian ginseng rootTaste
The base for this blend is a decaffeinated Brazilian coffee with a typical round body, low acidity, and notes of nuts and cocoa. The noticeable sweetness unfolds gradually, without any sharpness. Lion’s mane mushroom adds a very mild, slightly earthy undertone, reminiscent of forest after rain. Siberian ginseng becomes apparent slowly, with a mild herbal tail in the finish – it’s what gives this blend its character and the feeling of "depth". The whole impression is balanced, smooth, and pure. This coffee is great plain as well as with a drop of non-dairy milk.
Origin
The base of this blend is decaffeinated arabica coffee from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, where coffee trees ripen under intense sunlight and in mineral-rich soils. Brazil has long been synonymous with consistent quality and a balanced flavor profile in coffee; the coffee beans with a chocolatey, nutty character and naturally low acidity often originate from here.
For this blend, we've opted for coffee decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. This is a method in which caffeine is removed exclusively using water, by running the beans through carbon filters – no chemical solvents nor altering the structure of the coffee. This preserves the maximum amount of aromatic compounds and the full body you expect from high-quality arabica.
The second component of the blend is the lion’s mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus), a fungus with a distinctive appearance. In nature, it grows on the trunks of deciduous trees and, at first glance, resembles a white waterfall or a lion’s mane – it consists of dense, delicate ""spines"" flowing downward in rich tufts. Its texture is soft, almost fluffy, and its color ranges from creamy white to slightly yellowish. In Asian cultures, it's valued not only for its culinary uses but also for its importance in promoting vitality.
It contains, for example:
- beta-glucans,
- hericenones and erinacines,
- polysaccharides,
- antioxidants,
- fiber,
- essential amino acids.
The third ingredient, Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), comes from regions of Northeast Asia. Unlike true ginseng (Panax), it belongs to a different botanical group. Yet it has earned the name ginseng due to its adaptogenic properties. The Siberian ginseng plant looks like a shrub with woody stems and dark berries, but most are primarily interested in the root, which is dried and ground into a fine powder.
The Siberian ginseng root contains mainly:
- eleutherosides,
- polysaccharides,
- phenolic compounds,
- flavonoids,
- sterols,
- coumarins.
It's also worth noting that Siberian ginseng contributes to physical and mental health and recovery, supports cognitive and mental performance, aids normal blood circulation, supports the body’s natural defenses, and acts as an antioxidant.
The combination of decaffeinated Brazilian arabica, medicinal mushrooms, and adaptogenic root creates a beverage that blends traditional coffee with a modern approach to vitality. Give it a try.

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
