Cleaning & Maintenance
Not dish-washer safe.
When cleaning, only use clean water and mild dish soap.
Natural residue at the bottom of the pot is normal and enhances coffee flavor and aroma.
Using harsh chemicals may damage the inside of the pot and negatively impact performance.
Aluminum is safe and sanitary.
Suitable for gas, electric, glass-ceramic and induction stoves. Before use on induction, ensure that your stove can supports small vessels.
Instructions for preparation
1. Add water to the bottom until it reaches the guideline/vent.
2. Insert dry filter and add your coarsely ground coffee.
3. Screw the bottom and top part together until moderately tight.
4. Place on stove. Make sure heat only touches the bottom of your pot.
5. Once the coffee reaches 2/3 of volume, remove from flame. This ensures the best flavor.
