Ingredients
100 % Arabica, AromaTaste & Crema
Chocolate-Hazelnut coffee tastes exactly like arabica from the Peruvian Andes, but with chocolate and hazelnuts. The composition is pure, smooth, and sweet. The crema is light and velvety.
Origins
To discover this coffee, read about Puno, Peru. That's where this arabica comes from. Our roaster has enriched it with a few drops of natural flavoring before roasting. The roasting was then carried out subtly and at a medium level to preserve all the flavors and aromas of the coffee.
Imagine high mountains, rough roads, a few villages on the slopes, and a big blue lake in the distance. The mountains are the Andes, and the lake is Titicaca. You are in southeastern Peru, in an altitude of a little less than 2,000m. Below you, green coffee plantations stretch out. The air is clean, moist, and cool. You may have guessed that the local coffee is unique. It is not just the exceptional natural conditions in which it grows but also the work of the skilled farmers who harvest and process it.
Coffea arabica, the coffee plant, takes two or three years to bear fruit, and farmers grow it from seedlings. The stiff-leaved shrubs flower white and pink, producing red, yellow, or orange drupes and there are two seeds in each. After harvesting, these cherries should be placed in water and pressed through a crushing sheet to remove the pulp and skins. The separated coffee beans are left to ferment and are dried, usually in direct sunlight.
The coffee is packed in jute bags and sent to the exchange. Green coffee will keep fresh for several months in a dry and dark environment. It benefits from a "rest" before roasting, which is an essential step for the final taste of the beverage. It is an alchemy that every roaster keeps a secret. In the case of this flavored coffee, the roaster sprinkles the beans with a natural aroma before roasting.
Making Flavored Coffee in an Automatic Coffee Maker
|
If you intend to make flavored coffee in an automatic coffee maker with a tray, we recommend checking the instructions for the coffee maker to ensure this is possible. If the machine manufacturer does not provide any information on flavored coffee, follow these recommendations: The natural aroma in this coffee may react with the plastic in the tray and cause it to spot on prolonged contact.
Apply same rules when grinding flavored coffee in grinders (both manual and electric). |

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation

Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
