Ingredients

When covered with hot water, you get a full-flavored drink with low acidity. The freeze-dried Peruvian coffee carries traces of sweet chocolate and fresh fruit. The crema is light and delicate.
Origins
This indulgent variant of Peruvian coffee loses none of its excellent effects or its signature flavor and aroma. That is because it has been produced by what is known as freeze-drying. The process involves the classic treatment of the coffee berries (peeling, drying, roasting). In a 1:1 ratio of plantation Arabica and Robusta, the coffee is brewed, and a large proportion is left to evaporate. The coffee concentrate then needs to be frozen at -40⁰C. The resulting mass goes for grinding. In special machines with reduced air pressure, the coffee pulp is de-iced by sublimation. The resulting coffee crystals can be packaged directly.
When freeze-dried coffee comes into contact with water, it dissolves easily. That is why instant coffee is very popular. It has been on the market since 1937 when Nestlé introduced it. During and just after the Second World War, there was a boom in instant coffee.

Instructions for preparation
For best experience use a 90ml cup.
Add 1-2 teaspoon of coffee and pour over with boiled water cooled down to 90°C. Using boiling water may negatively affect taste.
