Manual coffee grinder with an easy coarseness adjustment. It has a transparent container with a practical screw-on lid, non-slip pad made of durable rubber and it's equipped with durable ceramic burrs. Made of high-quality stainless steel and glass.

Instruction Manual:
- Tesing: Before grinding the full amount of coffee, test a small batch to check and adjust the grind size (see instructions below).
- Measuring: Use around 10-12 g of coffee per cup. Do not exceed 24 g of coffee beans. If you overfill the body, the handle will be harder to turn and the beans may start overflowing. If you need more coffee, gradually add more beans during the grinding process.
- Grinding: Firmly hold the grinder and start turning the handle clockwise.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Never turn the handle counter-clockwise (left). You risk permanently damaging the burrs.
Adjusting the grind size:
Coarseness can be adjusted by turning the adjustable inner gear.
Turning clockwise ↻ = Fine grind (espresso, moka pot, AeroPress).
Turning counter-clockwise ↺ = Coarse grind (pour-over, drip coffee, French press).
Do not tighten the adjustable gear completely! If you tighten it too much, the burrs will become stuck. Trying to grind coffee in this state will damage the burrs or result in them getting permanently stuck.
During assembly, make sure to place the gear correctly: The side with 8 dimples around the center must face the burrs.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Only clean with a brush or a dry cloth. Never use water nor any cleaning products.
- The product is not dishwasher safe.
- Never use the product when wet. If there is any residual humidity, allow all parts to air-dry completely before next use.
Safety Warning:
- For dry coffee beans only: Only grind dry coffee beans. Check for small stones or impurities that can occur in whole-bean coffee.
- If the handle becomes blocked, stop immediately: If the handle is stuck or you hear creaking, stop grinding at once. Disassemble the grinder and remove the foreign object.
- Do not use empty: Avoid aggressive grinding if the grinder is empty , as the friction can dull the grinding stones.
- Handle with care: If the grinder falls on a hard surface, carefully check if the stones are cracked or chipped before next use.
- Never use a damaged product.
- Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Keep away from stoves or direct heat-sources.
- Keep out of reach of children.
