Pumpkin Spice Decaf – Flavored Roasted Coffee
Pumpkin pie, a pinch of cinnamon, and a cup of good coffee. That's the taste of fall, if you know how to make it. This flavored decaf coffee is based on a decaffeinated, high-quality Brazilian arabica and offers a warm, fragrant yet mild drink you can enjoy any time of the day. No compromises in the flavor and no heart palpitations. Instead, an atmosphere that helps you slow down and enjoy.
Ingredients
100 % Arabica, AromaTaste
The base for our Pumpkin Spice coffee is a balanced, decaffeinated arabica known for its mild character, low acidity, and naturally sweet flavor. In the taste, you'll first notice the velvety notes of nuts and milk chocolate, which are typical for Brazilian coffee. Then, the note of pumpkin spice gradually appears, bringing notes of pumpkin pie with a trace of cloves, nutmeg, and vanilla. The entire impression is elegantly finished with a slightly more distinct, mildly sweet note of cinnamon.
The aroma is warm and full, but not overtly so. The notes of spices don't dominate the aroma of coffee, but rather underline it. The aftertaste is pleasantly warm and slightly sweet, so the drink doesn't need any extra sweetening. It's ideal for an espresso or cappuccino – the savory taste can do wonders when paired with milk foam.
Origins
This coffee is based on Brazilian arabica from the Minas Gerais region, one of the country’s most important coffee-growing areas. Brazil has been the world’s largest coffee producer for over 150 years, and its production today accounts for roughly one-third of the global market. Coffee trees are grown here primarily at altitudes between 800 and 1,200 meters above sea level, on both large plantations and smaller family farms. A stable climate, plenty of sunshine, and mineral-rich soils give rise to coffee with a full body, low acidity, and a naturally sweet profile reminiscent of nuts, cocoa, or caramel.
Minas Gerais is a symbol of Brazilian coffee culture. It is from here that a large portion of the specialty arabicas originate, forming the basis of many espresso blends around the world. They are characterized primarily by a balanced body and a rounded flavor – qualities that are also ideal for flavored coffees. The pumpkin spice and cinnamon aromas are thus not drowned out by pronounced acidity, but instead supported by a solid, gently sweet base.
This particular coffee was decaffeinated using the trademarked Swiss Water method, a purely water-based process without the use of chemical solvents. The principle involves soaking the beans in water, where the caffeine is gradually released and then filtered out through carbon filters. The flavor and aromatic components are preserved in the process. The result is a coffee that retains the character of the original Brazilian arabica, but without the stimulating effect of caffeine.
And this brings us to the benefits of decaf coffee. It allows you to enjoy a cup in the evening without disrupting your sleep. It’s ideal for those who are more sensitive to caffeine, for pregnant women, or for anyone who wants to limit their caffeine intake but doesn’t want to give up the taste and ritual of making coffee. Moreover, modern decaffeination methods ensure that the difference in taste compared to the regular version is minimal.
The combination of traditional Brazilian arabica, gentle decaffeination, and the warm notes of spices creates a coffee with a clear origin and a contemporary character. It honors its roots in the Minas Gerais region while adding a new dimension – the ability to enjoy your favorite cup of coffee anytime.

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
