Cinnamon Hot Apple – Decaf Flavored Coffee
Close your eyes and imagine an early evening in the countryside. Leaves are falling gently, apple pie is baking in the oven, and there's a cup full of hot cinnamon aroma on the table. We've locked this idyllic moment into a bag of coffee. And the best part? You can have it before bed, because it's completely caffeine-free.
Ingredients
100 % Arabica, AromaTaste & Crema
The first sip from a cup of this coffee will immerse you in a story full of sweet apples and warm waves of cinnamon. The notes of caramel round out the entire composition and add a pleasant fullness to the flavor. At the center of this coffee lies a Brazilian arabica with a naturally balanced, smooth taste with traces of chocolate and nuts.
The crema is light beige, soft, and compact – exactly as you'd expect from a pure high-quality arabica. This coffee is ideal for lovers of sweeter, more spiced drinks who also like to indulge their coffee-drinking habit later in the evening without worrying about the quality of their sleep.
Origins
The coffee beans for this decaffeinated treat come from the Sul de Minas region in the southern part of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. More than half of the farms there are owned by small-scale farmers who've been tending their fields for generations. For coffee trees, the conditions there are nothing short of ideal. Local farmers grow the Bourbon variety, one of the most culturally and genetically significant arabica varieties in the world.
Harvesting takes place from June to September, mostly with the help of specialized machinery, which gently picks ripe cherries from the plants using finger-like cmobers. Workers spread large tarps among the trees to catch even the berries that fall during picking. The harvested fruit is then transported to processing farms, where the pulp is removed using the washed method. Then, the beans are fermented and the resulting product is left to dry.
The beans are decaffeinated using the so-called Swiss method. This involves submerging the green beans in hot water for about ten hours, during which the caffeine is gradually captured by activated carbon filters. Less than 0.1 % of caffeine remains in the bean, but the taste and aroma are virtually identical to the caffeinated version.
Aromatic notes of apple, cinnamon, and caramel are blended with the coffee beans using high-quality natural oils and are fully released only during preparation. And the best part? You can enjoy Cinnamon Hot Apple any time of day.

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
