Instructions
- Unscrew the pot and fill the lower part with water up to the vent.
- Insert the filter, add ground coffee (do not tamp down) and clean the coffee residue off the sides if necessary.
- Screw the pot back on and seal tightly.
- Place on a moderately warm heatsource.
- Once the coffee starts to pour out, remove the pot from the heatsource.
- Serve immediately.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- After use, allow to cool down completely.
- Disassemble the pot and remove used coffee grounds.
- Wash each part with warm water. Do not use detergents.
- Moka pot is not dishwasher safe.
- After cleaning, allow to dry completely.
- Keep disassembled or only lightly screwed.
- Check the rubber sealing and filter regularly.
- Once they start showing signs of use, replace the part with a new one.
- For cleaning, avoid aggressive detergents and sharp sponges.
- For a more thorough cleaning, use hot water and a soft brush.
