AUTUMN espresso blend of selected coffee beans
We have prepared this limited edition espresso blend in a season where colours slowly drift away in the wind. Each premium arabica within the trio is separately roasted, preserving the flavours of the individual coffees. The outcome is a sophisticated romance; serene, mature, and perhaps slightly brooding. It dances with notes of dried fruit, walnuts, caramel, and lightly aromatic spices, reflecting the essence of autumn.
Ingredients
100 % ArabicaCrema and coffee taste
The autumn espresso blend of select coffee beans is tuned to match the flavour and aroma of the third season, highlighting its uniqueness and leaving a pleasant, warm, round, and yet novel sensation in the mouth. The deep notes are taken care of by the taste of walnuts and dried fruit, while the creamy smooth caramel brings in the sweetness. Lightly aromatic spices makes a very interesting end to the whole experience. Wait for it; the flavours fully develop in a cooling cup. You may notice cloves, cardamom, pepper, or cinnamon. This espresso blend is suitable for all types of coffee preparation.
Origin of coffee
Origin matters. More specifically, origin, harvesting, processing, transport, storage, and roasting matter. And then there's the blending of the individual coffees that are so carefully guarded. In the case of the limited Autumn Espresso blend, three Arabicas from plantations were sought after by specialists. Before we get to them, let's describe the way we've combined them together, because the story behind this blend will help you understand our approach to espresso, which is very different from most perceptions of ""similar"" blends.
We select individual coffees with their unique flavour profiles in mind, but we also look for ways in which they can support, complement, and enrich each other. Each variety is roasted separately so that the roaster's literal clockwork can bring out the specific and unmistakable notes in each Single Origin Specialty Coffee (i.e., single-origin premium Arabica or Robusta). That is why you will find beans of different colors in the bag or can.
Each coffee has a different degree of roasting, different temperature, intensity of airflow, and so on. Roasting and compiling the best ratio of all coffees require not only a lot of time but, above all the considerable skill of the roaster, his ability to estimate the result, as well as estimating the patience of the consumer. When everything is successful, at the end of our efforts, we end up with a truly unique espresso blend, which we can only offer in limited quantities in the case of the seasonal range. On the other hand, this is tempting for many customers - no one else will prepare the same or similar coffee for them.
So when it comes to preparation, you can use the Autumn espresso blend in an automatic or lever coffee machine, and you certainly won't go wrong if you test it on a filter, vacuum pot, etc. Each method will bring your cup a new experience of fullness and harmony. Now let's get to the trio of Arabicas we've chosen for this limited edition. From the Angelandia region of Brazil, we've brought the sweet, softly caramel-colored Fazenda Primavera.
It is grown by Ricardo Ribeiro Tavares on plantations at an altitude of around 1,000 meters. Brazilian Arabica is characterized by a soft, delicate flavour, in this case, complemented by a touch of roasted walnuts. While the vast majority of coffee trees are tended to by small farmers, this is no different with Primavera.
A creamy, rounded note is imparted by the espresso blend of Ethiopia Guji Anasora Grade 1, a micro blend from farmer Tadesse Edema. He himself comes from a large family of coffee farmers and is the grandson of the founder of the Anasora plantation. Flavours of red berries, bittersweet chocolate, and spice characterize his harvest.
The third piece in the mosaic belongs to the almondy, milk chocolate, and honeyed Arabica Guatemala SHB El Jaguar. Almonds, milk chocolate, and honey are the attributes that elevate our espresso blend and delight the coffee lover's heart. Its not a coincidence that it has the jaguar in its name, the beast of the rainforest, fast, strong, and elegant, all at the same time."

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation
- Grind the coffee to a suitable coarseness for the chosen coffee preparation.
- For 1 coffee, use at least 1.5 - 2 teaspoons (approximately 7g) of ground coffee.
