Ingredients
100 % Arabica, AromaTaste & Crema
We all know caramel. The taste and smell of toasted sugar has been successfully attracting us for hundreds of years. It makes an excellent flavor duo with high-quality plantation coffee. Not only do we taste the fullness and natural sweetness of Peruvian arabica, but also the typical caramel trace with a slight bitter-sweetness.
Origins
The coffee we use to make this delightful treat comes from Peru in South America. The proven local Arabica variety, Typica, boasts a full body and low acidity, which suits our flavoring needs perfectly. We buy our coffee beans from small farmers who tend to their plantations with their families on the high slopes of the Andes. Because their fields are difficult to access, they do not use any industrially produced fertilizers or chemical sprays. For this reason, Peruvian highland coffee is considered to be on par with organically grown coffees. The fruit of the coffee plants is harvested several times a year and processed using the so-called washed or wet method.
This is a more technologically and financially demanding approach to coffee production, but it results in high-quality beans with a pleasant fruity and floral aroma. The coffee fruit, which look like cherries, is poured into water, pushed through special plates (to remove the pulp), and fermented in water. When the coffee beans are stripped of the last of their skins, they are dried either in drying ovens or in direct sunlight.
We always aromatize the coffee before roasting, and we do this only when the customer orders our coffee. Only in this way can we guarantee the highest freshness of the coffee delivered. The roaster first sprays the coffee with a carrier oil with a natural aroma and then carefully roasts it. Their art requires long practice and experience. Roasting is an essential step for coffee, which influences the final taste and aroma of the product.
Making Flavored Coffee in an Automatic Coffee Machine
|
If you intend to make flavored coffee in an automatic coffee maker with a tray, we recommend checking the instructions for the coffee maker to ensure this is possible. If the machine manufacturer does not provide any information on flavored coffee, follow these recommendations: The natural aroma in this coffee may react with the plastic in the tray and cause it to spot on prolonged contact.
Apply same rules when grinding flavored coffee in grinders (both manual and electric). |

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation
Grind your coffee according to your preferred method.
Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
