Origins
An herb, a grain and another herb. What makes this blend so unique? Spelt (Triticum spelta) is an ancient species of wheat, cultivated since prehistoric times, formerly in the Middle East. Its resistance to adverse conditions made it popular in ancient and medieval times, especially in Europe, where it formed a vital part of the diet and, like chicory, replaced expensive, hard-to-find coffee. It has gradually been replaced by more profitable cereals but is now regaining prominence. Not only is it more environmentally friendly, but it is also healthier as it contains less gluten, which is also easier to digest. Spelt coffee, obtained by roasting spelt, offers a rich flavor. It is a source of carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals and is also caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it at any time of the day.
Fenugreek is an annual herb in the legume family (Fabaceae) with a long culinary and medicinal history dating back 6,000 years. The ancient Egyptians used it in embalming, the Romans used it to treat respiratory and intestinal ailments, and the Greek physician Hippocrates recommended it as a calming herb.
The herb grows to a height of around 1m and has trifoliate light green leaves and small white or yellow flowers. Its oval yellow-brown seeds have a strong, sweet, bitter smell and flavor reminiscent of caramel or burnt sugar. The seeds are ground and used as a spice in various cuisines. They are also traditionally used for antioxidant effects, improving digestion, promoting normal cholesterol and blood sugar levels, supporting lipid metabolism, postpartum care, and regulating menstruation.

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
