Ingredients
100 % Arabica, AromaTaste & Crema
We have added chocolate to 100% arabica from Peruvian plantations, and now its body is full, the flavour is intense and balanced, and the aroma is delicious. The sweetness typical for the Typica variety is combined with a chocolatey breeze. The crema is light and dense but elastic and smooth.
Origins
The Arabica coffee plant comes in many unusual varieties. We have chosen one of them – Typica – to make this flavored coffee. It gives a beautifully harmonious base and blends perfectly with the natural aroma that flavors the coffee. Our roaster uses aroma without synthetic fragrance carriers and carefully works it into the roasting process. Flavored coffee can be flavored either before or after roasting. We opt for the former, as this is the only way to preserve the natural flavor and aroma of the coffee beans, enriched by the added flavoring. It's a more expensive method and more demanding on the roaster's skill, but the effort is worth it.
We brought the coffee from the Puno region of Peru. There, plantations are located near the world's largest high-mountain lake, Titicaca. The coffee farmers of the Andes have been growing coffee plants for generations, so their harvest is one of the most prized. Because they farm in hard-to-reach places, their coffee is considered organic. Transporting industrial fertilizers to the steep hillsides would be very costly and difficult.
The harvest occurs several times a season, after which the coffee cherries are processed by washing. They are poured into water tanks and pushed through crushing plates to remove the pulp. The next step is to ferment the beans in fermentation tanks, then dry the coffee under direct sun. The coffee is sorted, packaged, and exported.
Making Flavored Coffee in an Automatic Coffee Machine
|
If you intend to make flavored coffee in an automatic coffee maker with a tray, we recommend checking the instructions for the coffee maker to ensure this is possible. If the machine manufacturer does not provide any information on flavored coffee, follow these recommendations: The natural aroma in this coffee may react with the plastic in the tray and cause it to spot on prolonged contact.
Apply same rules when grinding flavored coffee in grinders (both manual and electric). |

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation
