We’re pleased to introduce you to a coffee that takes the best the hills of Brazil have to offer, adds a sprinkle of cinnamon magic, and sacrifices only one thing: caffeine. It's built on a solid foundation – a premium Bourbon variety arabica from the heart of Brazil's Sul de Minas region, where coffee has been grown for generations with respect for nature and craft.
This region, known for its rolling hills and ideal climate, is one of the most important coffee regions in the world. Although there are extensive plantations, most coffee farms are managed by smallholders. Coffee here grows at altitudes of around 1,300 m, so the beans ripen very slowly. That‘s what gives them their fullness, smoothness and balanced flavor.
The coffee is processed using a wet method to bring out their natural flavor profile; and this unique, pleasant flavor stayed even after it’s been decaffeinated. Thanks to the gentle Swiss Water decaffeination method, which works only with hot water and activated charcoal filters, it has retained the maximum of valuable substances and all of the complex flavors and precious aroma.
Finally, the roaster added a nature-identical cinnamon aroma, which beautifully absorbed into the beans and remains there until you brew the coffee. What you get is a subtly spicy drink with a full body and smooth aftertaste.

It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation
1. Grind your coffee according to your preferred method.
2. Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
3. Add your coffee and cover with boiled water (95°C).
