Ingredients
100 % Arabica, AromaTaste & Crema
Crème brûlée coffee tastes slightly sweet, with vanilla and caramel notes. You will also find chocolate and a hint of fruit in its Peruvian base. The coffee gives a layered and balanced impression. The crema is whipped, thick, and filled with tiny bubbles.
Origins
The basic variety of arabica coffee, Typica, comes from Ethiopia but is also grown in Java, Guatemala, and India. It has a low yield but an excellent taste. In Peru, it is grown by local farmers, and it is reported that up to 98% of farmers there operate on small-scale plantations. The advantage for the coffee consumer may be that such conditions lead farmers to minimize costs, so they do not use industrial fertilizers or chemical sprays. The coffees from the high Andes can safely be compared to those from organic farming. Coffee plants are harvested several times in succession, depending on how the fruit ripens. They resemble cherries in appearance, but instead of a kernel, they contain two coffee beans which need to be extracted. In Peru, they use the washing method. The cherries are poured into water and pushed through crushing plates to remove the pulp. The loosened beans are then fermented in vats, allowing enzymes and bacteria to get rid of the outer packaging.
The drying process usually occurs under direct sunlight on a concrete surface where the coffee is poured. Before we send the coffee to you, we hand it over to our roaster. He will spray it with a crème brûlée-flavored carrier oil and roast it delicately. This ensures that the aroma lasts for a long time, and you do not have to worry about the aroma adversely affecting the chemical composition of the coffee. It is purely natural.
Making Flavored Coffee in an Automatic Coffee Maker
|
If you intend to make flavored coffee in an automatic coffee maker with a tray, we recommend checking the instructions for the coffee maker to ensure this is possible. If the machine manufacturer does not provide any information on flavored coffee, follow these recommendations: The natural aroma in this coffee may react with the plastic in the tray and cause it to spot on prolonged contact.
Apply same rules when grinding flavored coffee in both manual and electric grinders. |

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
