Ingredients
100 % Arabica, AromaTaste & Crema
You can taste the vanilla, cream, and rum in this flavored coffee. Of course, there is a pleasant aroma of quality plantation coffee, in this case, with a full body, medium acidity, and a slight sweetness. The crema is dense, smooth, and cohesive.
Origins
Puno, Peru's 100% arabica coffee, is world-renowned for its flavor balance and almost organic quality. Farmers do not use industrial fertilizers or treatments because the region's coffee plants grow exclusively at the foot of the high Andes, and access to them is often difficult. Another reason is that the farmers from whom we buy coffee are among the poorer parts of the Peruvian population. Therefore, they cannot afford expensive preparations.
The harvesting of coffee fruits, known as coffee cherries, takes place in Peru almost throughout the entire growing season. Only fully ripe berries are processed by the washing process, using water. It takes 130-150l of water to produce 1kg of coffee beans. That is where the coffee beans are de-husked and fermented. The last step is drying in the sun or a drying oven.
The flavoring of the plantation coffee beans is carried out by our master roaster just before roasting. He sprays the green coffee beans with carrier oil. It allows the flavor to be imbued directly and preserved for a long time.
Making Flavored Coffee in an Automatic Coffee Machine
|
If you intend to make flavored coffee in an automatic coffee maker with a tray, we recommend checking the instructions for the coffee maker to ensure this is possible. If the machine manufacturer does not provide any information on flavored coffee, follow these recommendations: The natural aroma in this coffee may react with the plastic in the tray and cause it to spot on prolonged contact.
Apply same rules when grinding flavored coffee in grinders (both manual and electric). |

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation
Grind your coffee according to your preferred method.
Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
Add your coffee and pour over with boiled water (95°C).
