Instead of brewing your coffee in hot water like usual, this coffee maker utilizes cold water and time. Thanks to these, the resulting beverage is only minimally bitter and acidic and instead full of flavor, smooth, and sometimes surprisingly naturally sweet.
Preparation:
- Coarsely grind your favorite coffee (medium-coarse, as you’d use for French press, is ideal).
- Add 30-60 g of coffee to the filter.
- Insert into the vessel and slowly cover with 600 ml of cold water.
- Close the lid and refrigerate for 12-24 hours, ideally overnight.
- After brewing, remove the filter, stir well, and serve.
