Hazelnut-Cream – Flavored Roasted Coffee
Is your job stressing you out? Husband constantly talking to your in-laws? Did your son bring another girl home? Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and savor the taste; the sensual, nutty, creamy arabica. We have specifically imported plantation coffee from Peru for your enjoyment. Our roaster infused it with a sensational natural aroma as if to say: Get comfortable, baby!
Ingredients
100 % Arabica, AromaTaste & Crema
The flavoring gives 100% arabica a subtle but pleasant note of cream and hazelnuts. Its naturally sweet base, round and rich with low acidity, complements the aroma beautifully. When properly ground and brewed, the crema is light but compact, supple, and smooth.
Origins
South American coffee is renowned for its quality and craftsmanship. The highland variety of Arabica Typica is one of the finest coffees in the world, although the yield of coffee plantations is far from high. But this is not the fault of the farmers or the climate, it is the traits of the coffee variety. On the other hand, the high Andes enjoy favourable soil, light, and humidity conditions, and the farmers take the utmost care of their small plantations. Access to their fields is often difficult, so they do not use industrially produced fertilizers or sprays. Coffee from the Peruvian Andes is thus considered organically grown.
The harvesting of coffee cherries takes place practically throughout the growing season. They ripen continuously within 9-14 months. When the fleshy berries are transported to the processing farm, they are poured into water and pushed through special plates that remove the flesh. The farmers then pour the coffee beans into fermentation tanks, where they ferment for up to 36 hours. Finally, it is time for drying - either in dryers or in direct sunlight. Our roaster does the flavouring.
Once you order your coffee, we hand it over to the roaster. The roaster will apply carrier oils with selected natural aromas and delicately roast the coffee. It is then packaged and immediately goes to your home.
Making Flavored Coffee in an Automatic Coffee Maker
|
If you intend to make flavored coffee in an automatic coffee maker with a tray, we recommend checking the instructions for the coffee maker to ensure this is possible. If the machine manufacturer does not provide any information on flavored coffee, follow these recommendations: The natural aroma in this coffee may react with the plastic in the tray and cause it to spot on prolonged contact.
Apply same rules when grinding flavored coffee in grinders (both manual and electric). |
Benefits of coffee
Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation
Grind your coffee according to your preferred method.
Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
