Ingredients
100 % RobustaTaste & Crema
One of the world's best robustas, which has a wonderfully full, rich flavor. The typical earthiness is suppressed in this case. To some, Indian robusta is said to be reminiscent of chocolate pudding. Either way, you are bound to find traces of chocolate in it. The crema is high and dense, so the sugar cube sinks through it very slowly.
Origins
India is unique as it is the only country where all coffee plants grow in the shade. Farmers have been growing them there for more than 400 years. Saint Bababudan from far-off Yemen reportedly brought the first seven coffee cherries planted in the hills of Karnataka. It is said that every Indian coffee farmer pours a part of their soul into it. That is probably why the crop has a remarkable range of high-quality lots and is in demand worldwide.
In India, coffee berries are harvested from January to March. Robusta coffee plants (Coffea canephora) grow in the shade of trees at lower altitudes where the climate is warm and humid. The trees prevent soil erosion, enrich the soil with nutrients, protect the plantations from temperature fluctuations, and also play an important role as hosts to a diverse range of flora and fauna.
Anyone visiting an Indian coffee plantation will also notice that there are always fields of spices such as pepper, cardamom, vanilla, and fruit trees such as banana and orange trees nearby.
The word "washed" in the coffee's name indicates that washing it has been processed by washing, a rather laborious process, but one that ends up with a much better quality coffee than dry processing. Washed or washed coffee is washed in special water tanks no later than 24 hours after harvest. It is then put into fermentation vessels, where it is stripped of its sticky layer by natural fermentation and then dried either in direct sunlight or in drying rooms, often in both ways.

Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
