The flavor of this flavored decaf coffee combines the smooth taste of high-quality Arabica with an irresistible aroma of plums and cinnamon. The foundation for this treat is a smooth, full-bodied coffee with tones of chocolate and nuts typical of Brazilian arabicas. The result is a balanced, fragrant, harmonious combo that will please all of your senses. Low acidity guarantees a round flavor without any pungency and the long aftertaste will stay in your company even after the last sip.

People often think that decaffeinated coffee isn’t a ‘real’ coffee. But what if we told you that there's a coffee based on high-quality, top-grade Arabica that’s had the caffeine removed with extraordinary care? We’ll bet you’d like to try.
The base of Cinnamon Plum decaf coffee is Brazilian Arabica of the bourbon variety. To be precise – it's from the Sul de Minas region, a picturesque area with perfect conditions for growing coffee. It lies in the south of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, in a landscape of gentle hills, regular rainfall and a stable climate. Here, on small-scale, family-owned farms often tend the land and produce coffees with full body, chocolate-nutty flavor, and a smooth, creamy texture.
Now imagine this coffee without caffeine. And in a natural way, too, thanks to the certified Swiss Water Process. The green coffee beans are submerged in hot water and the caffeine is gently washed out using special carbon filters. The whole process takes up to 10 hours and thanks to the constant control of the temperature and composition of the water, the coffee retains the most important characteristics – taste and aroma. Less than 0.01% of caffeine remains, but the full body, smoothness and aromatic profile are kept in-tact.
And after all of that, we make this coffee even more special; with natural plum and cinnamon flavorings. There's no chemistry involved, just a plant extract that pleasantly complements the flavor of the coffee without overpowering it. The result is a coffee with low acidity, a delicate crema, and an absolutely irresistible character.
You'll recognize juicy plums in the aroma and taste, slightly sweet and round, complemented by warm, spicy notes of cinnamon. A coffee like this is perfect for winter evenings, tucked underneath a blanket, as well as for summer afternoons after a trip, or an exercise. And because it's caffeine-free, you can enjoy it anytime of the day, even in the late hours.

It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.

Instructions for preparation

1. Grind your coffee according to your preferred method.
2. Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
3. Add your coffee and cover with boiled water (95°C).
