- Turn the regulator counter-clockwise to adjust the grind size.
- Add the required amount of coffee beans to the hopper.
- Cover with a lid and screw on the powder container using clockwise motions.
- Using one hand to hold the button and the other to hold the body of the grinder. To grind the coffee, keep turning the body clockwise until no coffee beans remain in the body. After you’re finished, unscrew the powder container using counter-clockwise motions.
Setting the grind size
Turning the button clockwise = finer grind
Turning the button counter-clockwise = coarser grind
Setting zero
Assemble the handle. Using your left hand to hold it, use your right hand to turn the button clockwise. Setting zero is achieved once the button cannot be moved any further.
Set your preferred grind size by turning the button counter-clockwise. One click equals one degree.
Espresso 6-12°
Moka 10-14°
Pour-over 18-24°
French press 25-30°
Warning: To avoid damage to the core, avoid using settings 0-5°. When adjusting the settings, always assemble the handle. Excessive counter-clockwise turning may cause the core to dismantle.
Important Notice
This device is intended for grinding roasted coffee beans only. Avoid using it on other materials.
Clean the tool with a brush or a dry cloth. Avoid water exposure.
The edges of the grinding burr are sharp – handle with care to avoid injury.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry, shaded place.
Disassembly is not recommended. If the grinding burr or other internal parts need to be replaced, seek qualified service.
