Ingredients
Robusta, Lion's mane BIO, Siberian ginseng rootTaste & Crema
The base for this blend is an instant coffee from Mexico. It offers a full body, mild, natural sweetness, and light chocolate-nutty notes. The lion's mane mushroom adds a pleasant earthy character while the Siberian ginseng brings in a slightly herbal note with a fresh, spiced undernote. The result is a harmonious drink with a balanced taste. No ingredient is more prominent than the others. The coffee stays intense and aromatic, it's just made more complex. It's ideal for a kickstart in the morning or as a pick-me-up during a stressful workday.
Origins
Instant Adaptogenic Coffee with Ginseng & Lion's Mane combines three major ingredients – the base is high-quality instant coffee from Mexico, whose flavor is enriched by two traditional natural ingredients known primarily in Asian culture.
Why do we call it adaptogenic? Because its ingredients support the body’s natural ability to adapt to everyday physical and mental stress and maintain its balance. Among the best-known adaptogens are Siberian ginseng and, in recent years, lion's mane mushroom.
The base of this blend is instant coffee made from carefully selected Mexican coffee beans. The first step of instant coffee production is making a concentrated coffee extract. This is then atomized in a specialized drying chamber with constantly flowing hot air. The extract is sprayed into it, the water evaporates in the hot air, and leaves behind a fragrant coffee powder. It retains its aromatic compounds and consistent flavor and because they dissolve easily in both cold and hot water, you can prepare a delicious cup of your favorite coffee exceptionally quickly and with almost zero effort.
The second important ingredient is the lion’s mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus). At first glance, it resembles a white waterfall or a lion’s mane more than a typical mushroom. Instead of a cap, it forms dense, moderately long overhanging 'spines'. In the wild, it grows on the trunks and stumps of deciduous trees – especially beech, oak, and maple – in the temperate zones of Europe, Asia, and North America. Today, however, most Hericium erinaceus is cultivated under controlled conditions on natural substrates to ensure consistent quality. It contains primarily polysaccharides, including beta-glucans, as well as erinacins, hericenones, amino acids, and minerals. This specific composition has made the lion's mane mushroom one of the most sought-after medicinal fungi of today.
And thirdly, let’s take a look at Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), which, despite its name, does not grow exclusively in Siberia. It also occurs naturally in northeastern China, Mongolia, Korea, and the far east part of Russia. It's a slow-growing, thorny shrub that can reach a height of up to 3 meters. Its root, which was used in the production of this blend, contains eleutherosides, flavonoids, polysaccharides, lignans, and other natural antioxidants.
European legislation approves health claims for Siberian ginseng regarding support for physical and mental health, cognitive performance, normal immune system function, blood circulation, and antioxidant protection of the body.
By combining high-quality Mexican coffee with lion's mane and Siberian ginseng, we've created a beverage that offers not only a full but also a well thought-out combination of traditional natural ingredients with a modern twist.
Benefits of coffee
Coffee packaging preview
Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.
Instructions for preparation
