Kaffia Cezve – 140-160 ml
The cezve is a traditional Turkish coffee pot. It is handmade from copper. which conducts heat very well and has been used in the kitchen for centuries. Its food safe and handy for cooking. The inside of the pot is coated in aluminum.
Conical cezve with a wide bottom and a long handle. The top part is wider to prevent the coffee from spilling. Manually decorated. Not suitable for induction hobs.

Instructions for preparation
Grind your coffee into a very fine powder.
Use 7g of coffee grounds per 50ml of water.
Add 20ml of water, sugar and spices into your cezve and place it on a stove. Coffee to sugar ratio should be 2:1.
Wait until the sugar starts to caramelize, then add remaining water and coffee grounds.
When foam start to reach the top of cezve, remove from heat, scoop foam into cups. Return to heat and repeat the process 2 times.
Remove from heat and allow to sit for 30 seconds for the coffee grounds to settle.
Pour into cups and serve.
