Instructions (available for download HERE):
- Add milk. Do not exceed the guideline to avoid spillage.
- Warm the milk up to about 60-65°C. Do not boil.
- Froth the milk manually for a lighter foam, otherwise use a steam wand.
- Hold the pitcher at an angle to achieve a smooth, creamy foam.
Cleaning & Maintenance.
Rinse with warm water and gentle dish soap after each use. Always use a soft sponge or dishcloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning products and steel sponges to prevent damage to the product. Always allow to dry thoroughly before next use. Not dishwasher safe.
Safety Notice
Handle carefully – the pitcher may be hot. Only use it to warm up and froth milk and never heat up an empty pitcher. Allow it to cool down before cleaning. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Keep out of reach of children.
