Taste & Crema

Pleasant, rich, harmonious – all of these describe this wonderful blend. Built on the foundations of Brazil Santos NY2 SSFC 17/18 coffee with a naturally sweet taste, low acidity, and notes of hazelnuts, caramel, and chocolate, this already tasty treat is complemented by the slight earthiness and umami of reishi. This adds an interesting depth to its flavor while ashwagandha brings in a mildly herbal accent, grounding the whole blend and rounding it out with a natural, earthy balance. Mellow and perfectly in tune.

Origins

We sourced the beans for this adaptogenic coffee from the Brazilian region of Minas Gerais, which is, without exaggeration, the coffee kingdom of the world. Here, in the gentle, curvy landscape dotted with lakes, rivers, and hills, one of the finest and most balanced arabica coffees is born. The high altitude, fertile red soil rich in minerals, and the ideal cycle of sunny and rainy days create the perfect conditions for coffee trees. Farmers here often rely on traditional methods of cultivation and processing, so the most important factor in every process is human hands. Skilled local workers pick the ripe cherries, wash them, and spread them out on special drying trays underneath the scorching Brazilian sun.

Minas Gerais is also a place of rich biodiversity. You can come across lush forests, waterfalls, and untamed nature, which may also be the reason why the local coffee is so incredibly harmonious. Its flavor combines sweetness, a delicate nuttiness, and subtle chocolate tones with low acidity, which form the ideal base for our adaptogenic blend.
Reishi (Latin Ganoderma lucidum), a mushroom that grows on the trunks of deciduous trees, is the first truly interesting ingredient in this blend. It has a shiny, reddish-brown cap and is often called the ""mushroom of immortality"" because it supports the immune system, normal circulatory function, and normal blood cholesterol levels. Reishi is very rare in nature, so it has to be carefully cultivated under controlled organic conditions, where it can develop its valuable bioactive substances.

The second adaptogenic ingredient is ashwagandha (Latin Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng. It’s a perennial plant that grows up to 2 m, with ovate leaves covered with gray hairs. The most valuable part of ashwagandha, which is the root, has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 3,000 years. It’s considered one of the most powerful adaptogens and helps support mental wellbeing as well as relaxation, normal cardiovascular, reproductive, and respiratory systems function, healthy complexion, and vitality.

All three ingredients – Brazilian arabica, reishi, and ashwagandha – are not only delicious, but also deeply rooted in traditional cultures and healing systems. Each cup of this coffee is a bridge between continents, natural treasures, and ancient wisdom.

Coffee packaging preview

Our quality aluminum packaging lacks any bold graphics, as we’d rather focus on the taste of our coffee. Instant French Vanilla Coffee

Vanilla is perhaps the most widely used spice in the world. Europeans have loved it since the 16th century, but the ancient Aztecs and Toltecs knew vanilla much earlier. French or Bourbon vanilla is imported from the island of Réunion. It's difficult to grow, harvest and process, so the price is not exactly popular either. Don’t miss out on this treat – combined with Indian robusta! All you need is a little bit of coffee and some hot water. More in product details
