Bialetti is a special moka pot suitable for induction hobs. It’s equipped with an ergonomic non-slip handle and a lid for easy access to the top vessel. This stylish coffee maker is the perfect addition to any minimalist interior.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Not dish-washer safe.
When cleaning, only use clean water and mild dish soap.
Natural residue at the bottom of the pot is normal and enhances coffee flavor and aroma.
Using harsh chemicals may damage the inside of the pot and negatively impact performance.
Aluminum is safe and sanitary.
Suitable for gas, electric, glass-ceramic and induction stoves. Before use on induction, ensure that your stove can supports small vessels.
Instructions for preparation
- Fill the bottom of the moka pot with water up to the crease or to the valve (if there is no crease on the machine).
- Place a dry strainer in the bottom and pour in the freshly ground coffee.
- Grind your coffee coarser than for espresso.
- Screw the two parts together and lightly tighten.
- Place on the flame, which will act only from the bottom.
- Once the coffee level has risen in the top part to the mouth of the spout (about 2/3 of the volume), remove the pot from the flame. This is the most important moment for the final taste.
