The coffee we used for this treat come from the Sul de Minas region in the heart of Brazil; an area that’s synonymous with a stable climate, fertile soil, and a long-standing tradition of growing coffee. The Bourbon variety arabica coffee plants, which are tended by small farmers, are renowned for their smoothness, full body, and notes of nuts and chocolate. It has been decaffeinated using the gentle Swiss Water method, which uses only pure water and activated carbon filters. This way, the coffee retains its natural character yet becomes suitable for those who need to limit caffeine. Whether that’s for health reasons, pregnancy, or simply the desire for a quiet, calming evening.
The flavoring process takes place just after roasting. The beans are dusted with a carrier oil with a caramel aroma only after you place your order to guarantee maximum freshness. It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Instructions for preparation
1. Grind your coffee according to your preferred method.
2. Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
3. Add your coffee and cover with boiled water (95°C).
