Brazilian Santos NY2 forms the delicious foundation of this flavorful symphony. Its naturally low acidity and chocolate-nut tones beautifully complement the sweet taste of pumpkin and warm spices. Thanks to the pure arabica, the crema is thin and silky, creating a delicate golden foam on the surface that retains its structure for a long time. The taste of Pumpkin Spice coffee is like a catchy melody that will stick in your memory and tempt you to have another cup.

Origins

Our Pumpkin Spice coffee begins its journey in the sun-drenched plantations in the São Paulo region of Brazil. Here, at an altitude of 1,300 meters, the Bourbon variety, one of the most valuable and delicious types of arabica, ripens on the coffee trees. Brazilian farmers take exceptional care of their plants, knowing that a high-quality base is the be-all and end-all of exceptional coffee.

The coffee cherries are harvested exclusively at the ideal stage of ripeness, when they’re deep red and at their sweetest. This is followed by careful wet processing. The fruits are washed in water, where only the highest quality ones are selected. They then undergo controlled fermentation, which develops their characteristic chocolate-nutty aroma. This is followed by drying in the sun until the coffee reaches optimal moisture content.

But the real magic happens during the flavoring process. The result is a coffee that not only tastes wonderful, but also smells amazing as soon as you open the bag. It’s best enjoyed in the afternoon, when the day is slowly coming to an end and you need a moment of peace. It’s the ideal companion for reading your favorite book, watching movies, or chatting with friends.

Pumpkin spice goes perfectly with autumn desserts, such as pumpkin or apple pie, or cinnamon cookies. And if you want to experience a truly luxurious moment, top your cup of coffee with a little whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.

Making Flavored Coffee in an Automatic Coffee Maker

If you intend to make flavored coffee in an automatic coffee maker with a tray, we recommend checking the instructions for the coffee maker to ensure this is possible. If the machine manufacturer does not provide any information on flavored coffee, follow these recommendations:

The natural aroma in this coffee may react with the plastic in the tray and cause it to spot on prolonged contact.

  • Always use only as much flavored coffee as you will immediately consume.
  • After preparing your flavored coffee, make your next cup with unflavored coffee.

Apply same rules when grinding flavored coffee in grinders (both manual and electric).

It always comes fresh thanks to degassing valve, which releases the gases that occur after roasting. Thanks to the hermetic seal, this container helps the contents further keep their freshness and protect them against humidity, light or foreign odors.

Instructions for preparation

  1. Grind your coffee according to your preferred method.
  2. Use 14ml of water per 1g of coffee. For 1 cup of coffee use 7g.
  3. Add your coffee and pour over with boiled water (95°C).
